The accommodation had a very central location in the city center. The employees were polite and exceptional.

The hotel was perfectly clean with competent and best staff, it was a reasonable base for strolling. The location was top, in the heart of Madrid and overlooking street. Had nice dainties at Panod, located close to the hotel. We loved this place.

Great way to end our trip. The rooms with large bathroom. Unbeatable and super location, minute walk from Do Design, really enjoyed this place. Just 10 minutes walking to the city center👍👌😃

The unique decor had me snapping pics everywhere, and trust me, the complimentary mobile phone for local calls was a game changer for navigating the city! Plus, the Michelin-star restaurant served dishes that were not only beautifully plated but also bursting with flavor.

great central spot for walking to parks and museums

I appreciated the fantastic atmosphere and ambiance of this charming hotel, while being just a 10-minute stroll from both the gorgeous El Retiro Park and the world-renowned Prado National Museum, made exploring Madrid so enjoyable. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a welcome drink that added a lovely touch to our stay. As a solo traveler, I found the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms a perfect retreat after long days of strolling through the city, but the shower could drain a bit faster.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, providing excellent customer service as they happily prepared food for us after hours and ensured every need was met. The convenient location is just a 5-minute walk from Chueca and surrounded by great dining and shopping options.

We joined a dynamic yoga class by Verónica Gómez, then enjoyed a fun chat on nutrition with Rocío Périz. The location is perfect, providing easy access to local shops and attractions. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were on point. Don't miss the massages. They were divine!

The only downside was the busy street access , made getting a taxi a bit tricky, we had to make quick exits.

Consider joining a yoga class offered by the hotel. It's a unique experience to relax before exploring the vibrant neighborhood.

Awesome spot in Madrid

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything, including restaurant suggestions. The breakfast? Excellent-tried the a la carte and it was delish! Only thing was the room temp control could be better. But honestly, so many cool bars and restaurants a quick walk away! Def recommend.

Giving thoughtful recommendations and even arranging transportation for me. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and I loved indulging in delicious drinks at the lively bar. The room was a bit too warm at times, which could use some improvement.
